Three streets · variable action

Mississippi Stud, calculated.

A complete street-by-street guide to the standard pay table, 1×/3× decisions, house edge and element of risk.

Model used: The standard model uses one 52-card deck, one Ante, three community cards, a fold/1×/3× decision before each reveal, and the commonly published 500–100–40–10–6–4–3–2–1 schedule with pairs 6–10 pushing.

How a round works

Third StreetAfter seeing two hole cards, fold or add 1×–3× the Ante.
Fourth and Fifth StreetsReveal one community card before each new fold/1×/3× decision.
Final settlementAll wagers still in action receive the same final five-card pay-table result.

Practical strategy

  1. Starting hand: raise 3× with any pair; raise 1× with two or more points or suited 6-5; otherwise fold.
  2. Point values are J–A = 2, 6–10 = 1 and 2–5 = 0.
  3. Later streets value made hands, flush/straight draws and the amount already committed; use the detailed strategy page for the hierarchy.

Put the rules into numbers

Choose the Ante and actual raises to separate invested money, returned stake and net profit. Folding stops future wagers; it does not return previous action.
