Winning categories
Pair Plus generally pays pair or better. Tables can differ in awards for straight flush, three of a kind, straight, flush, and pair.
Some versions add a mini royal or rearrange top awards.
Pay-table sensitivity
Changing a frequent category such as pair or flush can matter as much as a spectacular top payout. Compare the entire schedule.
The same logo can appear with multiple approved tables.
No strategy decision
Once the wager is made, holding, drawing, folding, and dealer qualification do not apply to Pair Plus.
The Q-6-4 rule therefore cannot reduce Pair Plus edge.
Combined play
Playing Ante and Pair Plus together creates two correlated results from the same cards. Correlation affects session swings but each wager retains its own expected value.
Calculate total action as the sum of both wagers and any subsequent Play bet.
