Play each UTH decision with the correct wager size.
A compact, interactive 4× lookup with clear 2× and 1× decision rules and the mathematics behind incremental betting decisions.
Preflop 4× lookup
This implements the compact published chart: any ace; K5+ plus suited K2–K4; Q8+ plus suited Q6–Q7; JT plus suited J8–J9; pairs 33+. It is a practical simplified strategy, not composition-dependent exact enumeration.
Decision sequence
- Preflop: raise 4× when the lookup qualifies; otherwise check.
- Flop: raise 2× with two pair or better, a qualifying hidden pair, or a qualifying four-flush; otherwise check.
- River: raise 1× with a hidden pair or better; otherwise apply dealer-out analysis and the 20-or-fewer shortcut.
Why the wager size matters
The early decision permits four units, so an apparently modest classification error can affect more action than a river error. Each decision compares incremental expected value from that point; sunk Ante and Blind wagers do not justify a weak Play wager.

Play each UTH decision with the correct wager size. calculates from the inputs you provide. It cannot verify a casino placard, recognize an unentered exception or forecast a session.
